  • Customers are required to cooperate with The Baroda Central Co-operative Bank Limited to ensure the security of their information. It is recommended that Customers choose their passwords carefully to prevent unauthorized access by third parties. To enhance password security, Customers should use a combination of alphabets, numbers, and special characters (e.g., !, @, #, $). They should not disclose their passwords to anyone or keep a written record of them that could be accessed by a third party.
  • The Baroda Central Co-operative Bank Limited undertakes not to disclose the information provided by Customers to any person unless such action is necessary to:
    • Conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process;
    • Protect and defend The Baroda Central Co-operative Bank Limited or its Affiliates' rights, interests, or property;
    • Enforce the terms and conditions of the products or services; or
    • Act to protect the interests of The Baroda Central Co-operative Bank Limited, its Affiliates, members, constituents, or other persons.
  • Customers shall not disclose to any other person, in any manner whatsoever, any confidential information relating to The Baroda Central Co-operative Bank Limited or its Affiliates obtained during the use of website services. Failure to comply with this obligation shall be deemed a serious breach of the terms herein and shall entitle The Baroda Central Co-operative Bank Limited or its Affiliates to terminate the services, without prejudice to any damages the Customer may be entitled to otherwise.

  • Customers authorize The Baroda Central Co-operative Bank Limited to exchange, share, and disclose all information related to their details and transaction history with its Affiliates, banks, financial institutions, credit bureaus, agencies, and electronic clearing networks as required by law, customary practice, credit reporting, statistical analysis, credit scoring, verification, or risk management. Customers shall not hold The Baroda Central Co-operative Bank Limited liable for the use or disclosure of this information.
